Our Store Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our product our store policies are as follows:
No returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales and special orders are final. A NON-Refundable 50% deposit is
required on all special orders and layaway's. Special Orders should be paid within 30 days of the item's arrival. Customer has 30 days to pay the layaway in full if purchased off the floor. After 30 days, all deposits and payments are forfeited and the merchandise will be returned to the sales floor. Alterations are not included in the price of your gown or dress.
Sizes are based upon measurements at the time of ordering. Dresses are not custom make and may need some alterations. We will not be held responsible for weight gain, loss or change in size. Alterations require an appointment and are available at an additional charge. The gown or dress must be paid in full before any alterations will begin.
Rentals are due the next business day after date of use. If rental items are not returned you will incur a fee of $50.00 per tux/per day. We require a credit card # to be placed on file at the time of rental. If item is not returned by the following business day, we reserve the right to charge you credit card the additional late fee.
Prom/Pageant Return/Exchange Policy
You may return/exchange your gown within 3 days of purchase. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges.
